Shipping & TURNAROUND TIMES
We ship worldwide from Canada using USPS, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and Asendia.
All taxes, duties, import fees, VAT fees or any other fees associated with shipping to your country are your responsibility to pay in additional to the total paid for your order.
We require 3-8 business days in production BEFORE your order ships. (It's because we print everything by hand.)
Once shipped it's usually:
∙ 3-9 business days (North America)
∙ 10-14 business days (Europe and the UK)
∙ 20+ business days (Australia, New Zealand)
If your order HAS NOT shipped, you can change the shipping address by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to put "Address Change Request" in the subject area of your email and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
If your order HAS shipped, we are no longer able to make changes to the delivery address.
Your best bet to ensure you receive your parcel is to contact the shipping provider with your tracking number and inquire about a parcel redirect.
Returns & exchanges
At this time we are not accepting returns or exchanges. This may change if the risks associated with the pandemic change, but since we both have autoimmune disorders, all sales are final at this time.
WHAT ABOUT CANCELLATIONS?
We happily accept order cancellations within 24 hours of an order being placed.
To cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com and put "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
Please make sure to reference your order number, or provide the email address or phone number you used when you checked out so that we can facilitate your cancellation request. Failure to provide the correct information may result in us being unable to cancel you order.
